As each day ticks by most of us are often presented with situations where there is someone we can provide a word of encouragement too. But our inclination, for the most part, is to criticize instead of help.
It may be essential at times to point out someone’s shortcomings, but before we have the right to do this, we must build and earn that person’s trust through encouragement.
