Worldly cares, illusory riches, and the desire for “stuff” have plagued man from the beginning of time. How easy it is for our daily routines to become overcrowded. A life packed with materialistic pursuit deafens us to hearing the truth that surrounds us.
Stay free so you can hear Truth when it speaks to you.

Anger itself is not wrong. It depends on what makes us angry and what we do with our anger. Too often we express our anger in selfish and harmful ways. Use your anger to find constructive solutions rather than to tear people down. You will come out of this experience in much better shape.

Washing your hands of a tough situation doesn’t cancel your guilt should you have made the wrong decision or taken the wrong action. It merely gives you a false sense of peace. Don’t make excuses, take responsibility for the decisions you make.

Many of the plans we set into motion cannot be reversed or altered once they begin. It is wise to think of the potential consequences before we launch into an action we may later regret.
An ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure.

Whether you know it or not you have dual citizenship.
Our citizenship in the state requires that we pay money for the services and benefits we receive. Our citizenship in the Kingdom of Heaven requires that we pledge to God our primary obedience and commitment.
Let’s not get these mixed up.

Be willing to accept man’s disapproval if desiring to deal in the truth.

How many times should we forgive someone for something? Once? Twice? Six times? Seven times? How about seventy times seven (the number of eternity)?
The truth of the matter is that we should not even keep track of how many times we forgive someone. We should always forgive those who are truly sorry, no matter how many times they ask. It is not an easy thing, but it is the compassionate thing to do.
