Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will gladly exchange any item that is return in good/resellable condition.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please e-mail or call us before sending the item back. You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before you can return an item. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the RA number along with a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if:
• It is 15 days passed the original date of the invoice.
• There is no Return Authorization number (RA#) issued.
• If the item is torn, damaged, written upon used and/or is not in new condition.
Some returns are subject to Store Credit only.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds and charge backs.
